2017 Planner || Getting Organised

At the beginning of 2016, I made the decision to be organised. HA.

It didn’t go as planned despite me buying an expensive planner – you know, one of the ones that swanky business men carry around so that they can pencil in appointments? I was diligent for a while but after two months I seemed to forget that I owned a planner.

Now however, I am even more determined to be organised in the new year. Second year is reportedly the hardest university year due to the workload – so I HAVE to be organised. I am also considering getting a job, and therefore need to plan my time wisely.

18. That’s a pretty important birthday. Once you’re 18 in South Africa, you can drive, you can drink (not at the same time though! Safety first!), you can vote. You are a fully-blown adult. So why do I still feel like a child?

I know, I know. It’s been two months since my last blog post. I’m embarrassed actually. I do have a legitimate excuse though! At the beginning of last month, I packed up my entire life and moved halfway across the country to university. Let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride so far.

Introducing Me

At age 18, we are expected to choose what we are going to be in life, whether it be a doctor, an artist or a sports personality.

The truth is, we don’t really know ourselves until much later in life. I’m 6 months away from turning 18 and I have no clue about what I want to be, but I do know WHO I want to be. I want to be a friend, someone that is kind and funny, someone that is described as a wonderful person. Even more than that, I want to be happy.
